The 40 square metre holiday flat is found on the top floor of the house. This living room / bedroom includes 2 beds, living room furniture, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. It sleeps up to 2 people.
The living quarters include a kitchenette near the living room / dining area. The kitchenette includes 2 cooking plates and a refrigerator. Additionally, there is a coffee maker, a microwave, a water cooker, and even a toaster ready for you in the morning to prepare an abundant breakfast. The bathroom includes a shower. The living room has two sleeping accommodations, a television with a satellite receiver, and a wi-fi Internet connection.
A folder with the various excursion possibilities and recreation activities in the area allows you to comfortably plan your holidays from your home-away-from-home. Furthermore, you can confidently leave your hair dryer, travel alarm clock, and clothing hangers at home.

• The holiday homes will not be cleaned during your stay. However, cleaning supplies are available for your use.
• The holiday homes are available for check-in starting at 2:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

• According to prior agreement, free pick-up service from the Cochem main train station is possible.
